Interesting Application of Te

I recently discovered a pretty interesting application of Te. For a quick background discussion, Te is the mental function associated with "the external activity of objects, i.e. the how, what, and where of events, activity or work, behaviour, algorithms, movement, and actions" (http://wikisocion.org/en/index.php?title=Te)

To be productive, one has to simply apply Te to himself. Here are some tricks to apply Te:

  • Do you really understand the problem that you have to solve? Write it down! Then evaluate whether what you wrote is really clear.
  • What are the variables that we need in our computer program? Write it down! Evaluate what you wrote.
  • Do you really understand what the professor is teaching in class! Write it down! (in your own words). If you can really understand it, then you should be able to put the understanding into your own words.
  • Does this computer program really do what you're expecting? Print variables and output to the screen!
