I have found this blog to be a sort of journal.

I think that's just a part of being human. No human being has no emotion.
On the other hand, I definitely deal with my emotions in a much more logical way than most people (LOL, if you want some examples, just browse through this blog.)
And whenever my brain feels like exploding from all the crazy things that are happening, I look through this blog and am reminded of the logic that has worked before.
